1. Refund Policy (3 Days)

You may request a refund within 3 days of receiving the product if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • Items are missing from the package

Important:

If the issue happened from the customer side (product damaged by customer, mishandling, wrong usage, etc.),
the product will NOT be replaced or refunded.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • The item is unused

  • It is in original packaging

  • The request is made within the 3-day return window

No Replacement Conditions

We will NOT replace the product if:

  • Damage occurred due to customer handling

  • Product was used

  • Original packaging is missing

  • Product is marked non-returnable

3. Order Cancellation Policy (1 Day)

You can cancel your order within 1 day (24 hours) of placing it.
After the 1-day window, or once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

4. Delivery Timeline

All orders are delivered within 7 days depending on the location and courier service availability.

5. Shipping Cost for Returns

  • If the error is from our side, return shipping is free.

  • If the issue is due to customer preference or mistake, return shipping charges may apply or be deducted from the refund.
