1. Restrictions on Use

The user shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information on the Application that:

• Belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right.
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially objectionable.
• Harms minors in any way.
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights.
• Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages.
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit functionality.

2. User Conduct

Users agree to use the Application/Website/Services only for lawful purposes. ASF may terminate your access if your actions are found to be illegal or harmful to ASF or others.

3. Prohibited Activities

1. Posting unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene content.
2. Harassing or stalking others.
3. Promoting criminal activity.
4. Infringing intellectual property rights.
5. Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliations.
6. Spreading malware or unauthorized data harvesting.
7. Using robots or scraping tools to access content.

4. Data & System Liability

ASF shall not be responsible for any hardware/software issues, data loss, or performance degradation caused by the use of its Services.

5. Registration & Access

Users must register with accurate personal information and maintain confidentiality. ASF may suspend accounts in case of security breach or misuse.

6. Eligibility

Only persons legally competent to contract under Indian law may register. Minors may use services with parental consent. ASF is not responsible for unauthorized usage.

7. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify ASF from any claims or losses arising from misuse of the Application or violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

ASF, its trustees or employees shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the Application.

9. Breach & Remedies

ASF may seek legal remedies including injunctions for breaches. Violations may lead to termination and legal action.

10. Jurisdiction

The Terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in Haridwar.

11. Service Modifications

ASF may change or discontinue services at any time. Terms may be updated without notice.

12. Disclaimer

The website and services are provided "as is" without warranty. ASF is not liable for usage risks or damages.

13. Video Disclaimer

Videos are for peace and clarity. Viewers under 18 or with health issues should exercise caution. ASF is not liable for any effects.

14. General Provisions

• Notice: All ASF notices will be sent via email or app notifications.
• Entire Agreement: Includes these Terms, Privacy Policy and applicable guidelines.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights; ASF may do so without notice.
• Severability: If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
• Waiver: ASF not enforcing a right does not mean it's waived.
• Relationship: Your use does not create an employment or agency relationship with ASF.

15. Feedback

Feedback is non-confidential and may be used freely by ASF. Users shall not expect compensation for suggestions. ASF is not liable for offensive content shared by users.

18. Refund Policy

All donations and payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
